Relativity is a leading legal data intelligence company seeking a full-stack Staff Software Engineer with a frontend center of gravity. You will own the frontend domain, drive the Micro Frontend strategy, and shape shared frontend frameworks and infrastructure, while collaborating across backend services and cloud platforms.

You will set high engineering standards across multiple teams and mentor engineers.

Competenze

10+ years designing, building, and operating complex cloud-native distributed systems.
Strong leadership across multiple teams or domains.
Frontend expertise in TypeScript and modern React.
Experience designing Micro Frontend architectures and module federation at scale.
Experience translating business goals into technical strategy.
Mentorship and effective technical communication skills.

Mansioni

Own frontend platform architecture, including Micro Frontend strategy and shared frontend infrastructure.
Design and evolve architecture end-to-end across browser experiences and backend services.
Drive engineering standards across teams for performance, reliability, and security.
Mentor senior and lead engineers and influence technical decisions and culture.
Partner with UX teams to evolve design systems and component libraries.
Ensure modular, independently deployable frontend capabilities across product teams.
