Job summary

DCG Poland seeks a Project Assistant to lead the SSO Application Onboarding track within a large IT environment. You will coordinate across DevOps, onboarding teams and other stakeholders, ensure governance and timely delivery, and drive change management with clear executive reporting.

The role requires strong project management experience, Agile/Scrum workflows, and English fluency to communicate with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven Project Management experience within large-scale IT environments, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or similar Identity & Access Management solutions.
• Practical experience with Jira.
• Strong executive reporting and senior management communication skills.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies and governance requirements.
• Structured, proactive and delivery-focused mindset.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the SSO Application Onboarding track.
• Plan, coordinate and drive delivery activities across involved teams.
• Ensure appropriate governance and adherence to agreed processes and standards.
• Align stakeholders and coordinate activities between DevOps, onboarding teams and other relevant parties.
• Monitor progress, dependencies, risks and issues, and drive mitigation actions.
• Ensure timely escalation of delivery risks and blockers.
• Support preparation of senior management reports, status updates and decision-making materials.
• Drive change management activities and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.
• Maintain a structured and transparent approach to execution and delivery.
