Job summary

Arista Networks is seeking an EngProd specialist to help maintain secure, scalable infrastructure in a hybrid cloud environment. You will design, build and operate automation across CI/CD, monitoring and incident response to support Arista’s product development teams.

The role requires a CS/Engineering degree with 3+ years’ experience, hands-on Linux administration, and expertise in Go, Python or shell scripting.

Qualifications

• Must have a CS/Engineering degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Go, Python, or shell scripting for automation.
• Solid Linux administration and debugging capabilities.
• Hands-on experience operating software systems at scale and provisioning servers.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy and operate critical production systems with a focus on scalability and security.
• Improve developer experience across services and automate toil.
• Respond to alerts and create runbooks for incident response.
• Triangulate infrastructural issues and collaborate with product teams to resolve bottlenecks.
• Adopt best practices for secure, scalable infrastructure and OSS familiarity.
