Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Specialist - Process Analytics to join the Supply Chain - Procurement team in Poland.

You will develop procurement strategies, collaborate with internal stakeholders, source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor compliance to drive efficiency. The role requires degrees in analytics-related fields, key certifications (CPIM, CPSM), and strong skills in Ariba, ERP, analytics, and procurement operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in analytics, CS, statistics, or related field.
• Certifications CPIM and CPSM are preferred.
• Experience with procurement analytics and supplier management is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify procurement needs.
• Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relations.
• Monitor procurement activities for policy compliance.
• Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate supplier performance and resolve issues.
