The Lead of Cash Operations will create and implement the strategy of cash payments focused on collections methods as well as features that enhance the cash UX across all lines of business. This is a meaningful role aimed at delivering optimization of processes with a customer-centric approach, prioritizing user engagement as well as profitability. The ideal candidate would require a combination of stakeholder management, strategic thinking, problem solving, quantitative analysis, and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams across different territories and to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
