Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Associate in Finance & Accounting (R2R) to manage general accounting activities in a hybrid Poland environment. The role covers month-end close, fixed assets, intercompany, reconciliations, and corporate reporting with SOX compliance.

English proficiency required; BA/MA in finance-related fields and CFA/CPA/CRCM certifications are noted options. Initial pay starts from 6800 PLN.

• Bachelor level degrees in accounting/finance related fields
• Masters in finance preferred or relevant certifications considered
• Experience in R2R and general accounting processes beneficial

Review team's day to day activities, including but not limited to Account Reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis, and other requests
