• Bachelor-level degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Experience or understanding of general accounting processes and SOX controls.
• Fluent German language skills required (Advanced-C1).

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will be responsible for all activities related to General Accounting (R2R).
• Review day-to-day activities: reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis, and other requests.
• Month End Close Activities.
• Fixed Assets capitalization and maintenance.
• Intercompany Accounting.
• Bank and Investment Reconciliations.
• General Ledger Reconciliations.
• Fixed Assets Reconciliations (FA Clearing & SL-GL).
• Identify balancing items and clearance.
• Escheat Reconciliations.
• Corporate Reporting.
• Internal and External Audit.
