Genpact Kraków is seeking a Sr. Associate in F&A – R2R to manage end-to-end record-to-report activities. You will oversee reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close, including fixed assets and intercompany processes.

You will also support corporate reporting, SOX compliance, and internal audits. The role requires strong accounting foundations, German language proficiency at B2 level, and a drive to optimize processes and automate repetitive tasks.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Commerce/Economics/Finance or Master's in Finance.
• German language proficiency required (Upper-Intermediate - B2).
• Certifications CFA/CPA may be beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Handle General Accounting activities including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Perform Month End Close, fixed assets, intercompany and GL reconciliations.
• Conduct bank/investment reconciliations and escheat reconciliations.
• Prepare corporate reporting and support SOX/compliance reviews.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
