Hard Rock Digital is building a sportsbook platform with governance and integrity in mind. We seek a Sportsbook Audit Manager to lead the internal audit program, ensuring compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls across sportsbook operations.

You will conduct risk-based audits, develop centralized audit dashboards, and report findings to senior leadership, driving continuous improvements in operational integrity and regulatory risk management. Hybrid/remote role.

Formación

• 5-7 years of relevant audit, compliance, or risk management experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Understanding and experience with the sportsbook regulatory terrain in the US preferred
• Experience drafting executive summaries, reporting, and/or presenting to senior and executive leadership
• A background in internal controls, regulatory compliance, and operational auditing is essential
• Experience designing and implementing audit management systems, dashboards, or automated monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and technical skills to optimize audit workflows and improve data-driven decision-making.
• Eligible for gaming licensing in all states and jurisdictions where we are active.

• Establish mechanisms for continuous monitoring and follow-up to ensure sustained compliance and process improvements.
• Proactively identify emerging risks in sportsbook operations and develop strategies to mitigate potential compliance risks.

What's the position?

The Sportsbook Audit Manager, reporting to the Director of Sportsbook Regulatory Audit and Integrity, will be responsible for the sportsbook’s internal audit program. They will ensure the sportsbook is operating in compliance with processes, policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
