1099 Contract | Ongoing & Future Placements
Chapman’s Chatter Box Inc. (CCBI) is a speech-language services and staffing organization committed to putting Student Needs First. We partner with educational institutions and related service settings to provide high-quality speech-language services through both in-person and virtual delivery models.
We are continuously placing licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in contract roles and are actively building a database of qualified contractors for current and upcoming opportunities. Placements may include onsite or remote service delivery, with full-time and part-time schedules based on client needs.

Primarily school-age populations (varies by placement)
Competitive hourly compensation
Conduct speech and language evaluations
Diagnose and treat communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment goals
Provide direct therapy services (in-person and/or virtual)
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families
Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active SLP license
CCC-SLP preferred
CFY candidates welcome to apply
Prior school-based experience preferred
Strong knowledge of IEP development
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work onsite and maintain consistent attendance
Ability to pass required background checks and district clearances

Candidates must hold an active SLP license in the state where services are delivered.
If you are licensed in a different state and interested in expanding your licensures, certain roles may qualify for credentialing support. Depending on placement needs, we may provide guidance through the reciprocity process and, in select cases, offer assistance related to licensures requirements.
Support is determined based on assignment type, timing, and client demand.
