Job summary

Danfoss, with hybrid work options, seeks an Endpoint Services Lead to own strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of global endpoint services. Shape secure, reliable, user-friendly workplace technology for colleagues across our global organization.

You will guide service design from concept through Run, manage partnerships and budgets, and collaborate with IT, security, procurement and finance to deliver scalable solutions across Windows, macOS and device management. Travel 10–20 days/yr.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise endpoint services in large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, device management and security requirements.
• Experience with roadmaps, budgets and cross-functional governance.
• Professional English and ability to influence decisions across global teams.

The Impact You'll Make

Take ownership of the strategy and future of Danfoss’ global endpoint services. You will shape secure, reliable and user-friendly workplace technology that supports colleagues across our global organization. You will guide the full service lifecycle across Windows, macOS, device management, software delivery, endpoint security and device lifecycle management. Your decisions will improve the employee experience while strengthening security, compliance and operational performance. Working within IT Infrastructure Service Design, you will collaborate with global technology, cybersecurity, operations, procurement and finance teams. You will have the autonomy to set priorities, influence investment decisions and turn changing needs into scalable services.

The job shall be hybrid in one of Danfoss offices:

Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Sofia, Považská Bystrica or Bucharest

Estimated travel:

Approximately 10–20 days per year (within EMEA and globally)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the endpoint service strategy, roadmap and lifecycle, setting clear priorities for modernization, standardization and continuous improvement.
• Turn employee, business and security needs into scalable endpoint services, standards and device experiences across a complex global environment.
• Define and track service levels, user-experience measures, security requirements, compliance standards and performance indicators, using insights to drive improvements.
• Guide new and updated services from design through operational readiness, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and a smooth Build-to-Run handover.
• Manage strategic technology partnerships and contribute to budget planning, licensing, contracts, renewals and business cases in collaboration with Procurement and Finance.

What We're Looking For

• A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in IT infrastructure, endpoint management or IT service management.
• Proven experience managing enterprise endpoint services in a large, international or distributed organization.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, modern device management, software distribution, endpoint security and device lifecycle management.
• Experience with service roadmaps, lifecycle planning, budgets, licensing and cross-functional governance; familiarity with technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, Autopilot, Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft 365, Windows 11, PowerShell, Windows 365 or Azure Virtual Desktop is valuable.
• Professional English level, strong stakeholder communication and analytical skills, together with the ability to influence decisions across global teams.
