Job Summary

The Business Travelers Team plays a key role in managing and supporting business travel and workforce deployments across multiple jurisdictions. Acting as the central point of contact for employees, clients, and internal stakeholders, this position ensures full compliance with PWD regulations and related immigration, tax, and labor laws. The role focuses on delivering a seamless travel and deployment experience while maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end business travel and permanent workforce deployment process, ensuring full compliance with Posted Worker Directive (PWD) requirements, including the manual submission of certifications and notifications.
  • Ensure adherence to local, national, and international regulations related to immigration, tax, labor law, and social security in each deployment location.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on business trips, providing guidance, resolving complex queries, and ensuring a smooth transition to host locations.
  • Collaborate closely with HR teams, internal clients, and local offices to coordinate and support employee deployments efficiently.
  • Work with third-party providers as needed to streamline deployment processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all cases, documentation, and processes for auditability and reference.
  • Proactively identify potential risks or compliance issues related to workforce deployment and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Liaise with multiple countries and stakeholders to manage complex regulatory nuances and resolve cross-border challenges.
Qualifications
  • English on min B1/B2 and fluent Polish
  • Relevant Education or experience is an advantage
  • Proactive work approach with the ability to make appropriate decisions
  • Strong prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently
  • High levels of confidentiality and resilience in a busy role

  • This role is open in a hybrid working model with 1 time a month visit to our office.
