Job summary

Risen Energy in Poland seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead BESS projects, providing technical guidance and turning customer needs into realizable solutions. You will design end-to-end BESS configurations, prepare pre-sales documentation, and deliver compliant project execution from lead to contract signing.

The role requires knowledge of energy storage systems, strong teamwork, and excellent English communication; you'll collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Technology, Power Systems, Automation, or related engineering disciplines.
• Relevant experience in the new energy industry is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of energy storage systems and design capabilities for product applications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with a teamwork and customer orientation.
• Proficiency in English communication and English document writing.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and provide technical guidance for BESS projects, including solution presentation and demand assessment.
• Independently design solutions for conventional BESS projects (equipment selection, electrical topology) and prepare pre-sales docs.
• Provide end-to-end technical support from project lead to contract signing and ensure compliant delivery.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams, participate in technical training, marketing promotions, and exhibitions; share project experiences.
• Support the team in technical task allocation and advance solution design and optimization.

Job description

1.Responsible for customer liaison and technical guidance for BESS projects, including solution presentation, demand assessment, technical Q&A, and translating customer needs into technical solutions.

2.Independently complete the solution design for conventional BESS projects (covering equipment selection, electrical topology, etc.), and prepare and archive pre-sales technical documents.

3.Provide end-to-end technical support from project lead to contract signing, ensure compliant project delivery, and support business expansion.

4.Collaborate with internal and external teams, participate in technical training, marketing promotion, and exhibition technical presentations, and share project experience to empower business.

5.Support the team in technical task allocation and team knowledge accumulation, and assist in advancing matters related to solution design and optimization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Technology, Power Systems, Automation, or other related engineering disciplines.

2. Relevant experience in the new energy industry is preferred.

3. Possess basic knowledge of energy storage systems and design capabilities for product applications.
