Job summary

Hunter International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise/Solution Architect for defense-sector delivery with NATO architecture exposure. The role demands shaping current and future system capabilities and guiding architectures across complex programs.

You will engage NCIA staff, document as-is/target states, model interdependencies, and ensure interoperability through conforms to industry standards using Archimate and Sparx EA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in enterprise/solution architecture delivery.
• 4+ years’ experience developing architectures for NATO/defence customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with NCIA staff to understand and document current and future system capabilities.
• Develop high-level overview of as-is architecture.
• Capture NIE as-is architecture, selected applications and system capabilities, inter-dependencies, and the technologies used to ensure interoperability.

Job description

• Experience of using Archimate and Sparx Enterprise Architect .

Duties/role:

• Engaging with NCIA staff (Technical Subject Matter Experts, Project Managers and Enterprise/Segment Architects) to understand and document current and future system/service capabilities ;
• Developing high level overview of as-is architecture ;
• Developing the NIE as-is architecture, capturing selected current NIE applications and system capabilities; their inter-dependencies and the technologies by which they are implemented and the standards they comply with to ensure interoperability.
