Job summary

Ars Group, Part of Accenture seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead architecture design and governance across large-scale ICT systems migrations and platforms. You will model, size and guide hybrid cloud/on-prem solutions, ensuring security, performance and integration with enterprise processes.

You will drive architecture standards, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor development teams while maintaining comprehensive documentation and artefacts.

Qualifications

• Has performed role of key architect in development of at least two enterprise-wide ICT systems migrations and deployments.
• Expert in hybrid systems architecture in the relevant domain.
• Expert in designing enterprise-level core ICT systems and solutions.
• Experience with modelling using Archimate and applying architecture styles/patterns.
• Familiar with virtualization, on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Job Description

• Sets standards in scope of design, development, quality and testing
• Designs and communicates core ICT systems architecture
• Design interoperability and interfaces with other systems on-premises and in the cloud
• Elicits needs, analyses requirements
• Transfers business, users and technical needs into architectures
• Analyses available systems, applications and services
• Identify options for potential solutions
• Maintains and tracks architecture in systems lifecycle
• Estimate and size software development works for core ICT systems and platforms
• Contributes to systems design, testing, quality assurance, change management
• Prepares system documentation and provides presentations
• Lead development teams and development processes
• Selects and evaluates technologies
• Collects and interprets system metrics
• Optimizes system from performance, security and quality points of view
• Contribute to Enterprise Architecture repository and managing required artifacts such as ICT baseline, Technology catalogue etc.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• At least 8years of experience in the IT field, of which a minimum of 5years must be relevant professional experience to this role

Required certificates:

• At least 2 certifications among:
  • VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization
  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Red Hat
  • Iasa Architect CITA-A
• or for any listed above, an equivalent alternative certification recognized internationally

Specific requirements:

• Experience with modelling in Archimate
• Experience with applying architecture styles and patterns

Knowledge & Skills:

• Has performed role of key architect in development of at least 2 enterprise-wide ICT systems migration and core ICT systems deployment
• Expert in hybrid systems architecting in the relevant domain
• Expert in designing enterprise level core ICT systems and solutions
• Expert in planning capacity and security of the integration platform capabilities
• Familiar with virtualization, containerization, on-premises and cloud infrastructure
• Holds excellent technical knowledge about: Identity Management and Active Directory, Microsoft System Centre, databases, application servers, monitoring for systems and applications, middleware, modern workplace solutions, cloud integration patterns, cloud migration framework, systems integration, Software and asset management
• Familiar with ICT process design and implementation according to ITILv4
• Is proficient in using systems modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others
• Familiar with DevSecOps approach
• Familiar with market wide designing architecture standards or frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, Azure Well-Architected Framework or similar
• Presents excellent communication skills
• Holds ability to document effectively
