What you'll do

• Take the lead in designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP authorisation concepts, procedures, and standards for our SAP S/4HANA systems
• Drive access management processes, including user provisioning, role management, and access controls, ensuring alignment with compliance standards and best practices
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify potential security risks, implement proactive mitigation strategies, and perform regular security audits and assessments
• Share your expertise in SAP security and GRC tools, providing strategic guidance for system enhancements, upgrades, and custom configurations

Who you are

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, paired with a strong foundation in authorization concepts, standards, and regulations
• Bring several years of experience in SAP security and access management, with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA environments
• Demonstrate proficiency in SAP GRC tools and processes, with relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate or SAP Certified Application Associate) as a plus
• Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and a proven ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Technical leadership mindset, including the ability to guide and mentor while driving SAP authorisation initiatives forward
