Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a Data Solutions Engineer (project role) to review requirements, design tests, and execute UI, integration, and API tests in Dynamics 365 environments. You will report defects, track progress, and collaborate with international teams to ensure quality.

The role demands 2+ years in software testing, Dynamics 365 experience, German communication ability, and strong English skills. Hybrid work is available with connection to PwC’s global delivery model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in software testing.
• Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 products.
• German language ability for stakeholder communication.
• Very good English—written and spoken.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in international teams.
• Awareness of new technologies and AI-powered tools in daily work.
• Availability 5 days a week and ability to operate as a sole proprietor or business entity in Poland.

Data Solutions Engineer (rola projektowa)

Your future role:

• Review and analyse business and functional requirements,
• Design test scenarios and test cases based on project documentation and business processes,
• Execute functional UI level tests within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments,
• Execute integration and API tests,
• Identify, report and monitor defects to ensure timely resolution,
• Report on the progress of assigned testing activities,
• Collaborate closely with analysts and developers to ensure prompt and effective defect resolution,
• Support end-to-end testing activities across business processes,
• Prepare and maintain test documentation and testing evidence,
• Contribute to maintaining high quality standards throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Apply if you have:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in software testing,
• Experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 products,
• Knowledge of German language enabling effective communication with stakeholders,
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken,
• Practical knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools such as HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps or similar,
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes,
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall software delivery methodologies,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to work independently and proactively,
• Strong organizational and communication skills,
• Ability to work effectively within international teams,
• Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI-powered tools in your daily work (e.g. task automation, information analysis, content creation),
• Availability 5 days a week.
• The ability to operate as a sole proprietor or business entity within Poland (due to the project-based nature of the employment).

• ISTQB Certification,
