Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a Data Solutions Engineer to review requirements and design, execute, and monitor testing across Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments. The role emphasizes collaboration with analysts and developers, ensuring defect resolution and quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in software testing, Dynamics 365 experience, German and English proficiency, and hands-on use of HP ALM, Jira or Azure DevOps in Agile/Waterfall settings.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in software testing.
• Experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 products.
• Knowledge of German language enabling effective communication with stakeholders.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Practical knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools such as HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps or similar.
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall software delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within international teams.
• Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI-powered tools in daily work.
• Availability 5 days a week.
• Ability to operate as a sole proprietor or business entity within Poland (project-based employment).

Responsibilities
