Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a QA Automation/Manual Tester to support RPA and BPA projects in Warsaw. The role focuses on analyzing requirements, designing test plans, and executing test scripts based on product needs.

You will estimate effort with Business Analysts, document defects, track them in Jira, and communicate risks to stakeholders. You will collaborate in an Agile/Scrum team, participate in UAT, and help continuously improve testing processes with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA).
• Experience using Jira, TestRail or similar tools for defect tracking and test management.
• Basic understanding of SQL, including the ability to write simple queries and work with databases.
• Familiarity with Chrome DevTools.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, system and acceptance testing.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Attention to detail, curiosity and critical thinking.
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• A systematic and organised approach to work.
• Experience with API testing with tools such as Postman and Swagger.
• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certification.
• Experience working with Power BI or Business Intelligence solutions.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Interest in using AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity, documentation and software testing activities.

Responsibilities
