Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to design secure architectures and lead security initiatives within development projects. The role emphasizes security by design, lifecycle resilience, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup.

The ideal candidate will master SharePoint architectures, understand secure development lifecycles, and guide stakeholders in implementing robust security controls across platforms.

Qualifications

DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS

The selected candidate will perform the following typical tasks and responsibilities:

• Architectural Strategy & Design: Design and propose secure architecture to implement the organization's strategy.
• Requirements Alignment: Develop organization’s cybersecurity architecture to address security and privacy requirements.
• Documentation: Produce high-quality architectural documentation and specifications.
• Stakeholder Presentation: Present high-level security architecture to stakeholders.
• Lifecycle Security: Establish a secure environment during the development life cycle of systems, services, and/or products.
• Component Leadership: Lead the development, integration, and maintenance of cybersecurity components, ensuring cybersecurity specifications are met.
• Evaluation & Review: Analyze and evaluate the cybersecurity of the organization’s architecture, and assure solution security through formal security reviews.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with key security personnel and other teams in applying security principles in the architecture.
• Impact & Threat Adaptation: Evaluate the impact of cybersecurity solutions on system performance/design, adapt security architecture to emerging threats, and assess implemented architectures to maintain appropriate security levels.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

The candidate should possess the following knowledge and skills:

• Lifecycle & Models: Knowledge of secure development lifecycles, security architecture reference models, latest technologies, and cybersecurity trends.
• Business & Requirements Analysis: Ability to understand organizational mission risks, conduct user/business requirements analysis, and draw architectural/functional specifications.
• Design Principles: Ability to design cybersecurity systems based on security and privacy by design and by default principles.
• Technical & Communication Leadership: Ability to guide and communicate with implementers and IT personnel, report to stakeholders, and provide technological design leadership.
• Controls & Resilience: Ability to select appropriate controls (cryptographic models, access control techniques) and build resilience against single points of failure across the architecture.
• Solution Integration: Ability to propose cybersecurity architectures aligned with needs and budget, and lead security solution integration.

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE (Mandatory)

• Platform Mastery: Mastery of SharePoint and SharePoint platform-specific tools.
• Domain Expertise: Expert in cybersecurity related to development and application architecture.
• Versatility: Versatility across multiple technologies and platforms.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES

At least four (4) certifications related to Security & Architecture
