Job summary

Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced Cybersecurity Architect to design and maintain enterprise security architectures for global IT services, cloud platforms, and hybrid IT/OT environments.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, IT architecture, infrastructure architecture, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments, cloud platforms, network security, IAM, and security architecture principles.
• Experience in security architecture design, reviews, threat modelling, risk assessments, and governance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, project stakeholders, and management across international environments.
• Experience with security standards, regulatory requirements, and security-by-design approaches.
• Excellent presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain enterprise-wide security architectures, security standards, and reference architectures for global IT services, cloud platforms, network environments, and hybrid IT/OT systems.

Analyse business requirements, technical solutions, and complex IT environments from a cybersecurity perspective and translate them into practical, scalable, and secure architecture designs

Perform threat modelling, vulnerability assessments, and risk analyses, deriving appropriate security requirements, mitigation measures, and compensating controls.

Define and review security concepts for identity and access management, privileged access, network segmentation, cloud security, endpoint protection, secure administration, and hybrid IT/OT environments.

Support international projects and architecture initiatives by conducting security architecture reviews, advising project teams, and ensuring alignment with security standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Infrastructure Architects, Information Security teams, Service Owners, and operational teams to establish secure and sustainable solutions.

Develop architecture documentation, security guidelines, reference models, and decision records to support governance, auditability, and knowledge transfer.

Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulations such as GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001 principles, and the Cyber Resilience Act.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Advanced proficiency in English.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, IT architecture, infrastructure architecture, or related technical roles.

Strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments, cloud platforms, network security, identity and access management, and security architecture principles.

Experience in security architecture design, architecture reviews, threat modelling, risk assessments, and security governance.

Ability to communicate effective with technical teams, project stakeholders, and management across international environments.

Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in project and transformation initiatives within complex enterprise environments.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global and cross-functional teams.

Experience with security standards, compliance requirements, and security-by-design approaches.

Excellent presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, SABSA, TOGAF, ISO 27001, or comparable certifications.

Experience with hybrid IT/OT environments, network segmentation, microsegmentation, and Zero Trust architectures.

Knowledge of cloud security architectures (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).

Experience with privileged access management, PKI, SIEM/SOC integrations, and secure remote administration concepts.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
