Job summary

SEIDOR in Warsaw is seeking a Software Security Architect to design secure architectures and lead security across the development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with developers, IT teams and business stakeholders to apply Security by Design and Privacy by Design, perform threat modelling, security reviews, and deliver clear architectural documentation and risk assessments.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

• Design, and propose secure architecture to implement the organization’s strategy
• Develop organization’s cybersecurity architecture to address security and privacy requirements
• Produce architectural documentation and specifications
• Present high-level security architecture to stakeholders
• Establish a secure environment during the development life cycle of systems, service, and/or products
• Lead the development, integration and maintenance of cybersecurity components ensuring the cybersecurity specifications are met
• Analyze and evaluate the cybersecurity of the organization’s architecture
• Assure the security of the solution architectures through security reviews
• Collaborate with key security personnel and other teams in applying the security principles in the architecture
• Evaluate the impact of cybersecurity solutions on the design and performance of the organization’s architecture
• Adapt the organization’s security architecture to emerging threats
• Asses the implemented architecture to maintain an appropriate level of security

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

The consultant must demonstrate experience in:

• Expertise in secure development lifecycles, security architecture frameworks, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong knowledge of emerging technologies, cybersecurity trends, and application security best practices.
• Ability to analyze business and user requirements and translate them into secure architectural designs.
• Skilled in designing resilient cybersecurity architectures based on Security by Design and Privacy by Design principles.
• Proficient in selecting and implementing security controls, including cryptography and access management.
• Experienced in leading security solution integration and providing technical design leadership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with developers, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
• Advanced expertise in SharePoint and SharePoint-specific technologies.
• Versatile professional with experience across multiple technologies, platforms, and enterprise environments.

Certifications:

At least 4 certifications among:

• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
• CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
• SABSA Chartered Security Architect - Foundation Certificate (SCF)
• TOGAF Foundation
• CISSP-ISSAP ((ISC)2 Certified Informmation Systems Security Architecture Professional)
• CGEIT (ISACA Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT)
• CRISC (ISACA Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control)
• SCPA (SABSA Certified Security Architecture Design & Development Practitioner)
• SCMA (SABSA Certified Security Architecture Design & Development Specialist)
• GSNA (GIAC Certified Systems and Network Auditor)
• GCCC (GIAC Certified Critical Controls)
• or an equivalent certifications recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)
