Job summary

Aptiv Krakow is seeking a hands-on Software Quality Leader to plan and control quality deliverables and project schedules for multiple automotive projects. You will assign QA Leads, monitor ASPICE Level 2, manage budgets, and coordinate team development and process improvements.

The role requires strong collaboration across teams, experience in the automotive domain, and willingness to travel as needed. Hybrid work arrangement with customer-facing opportunities is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Experience in the automotive industry.

• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control quality deliverables and project schedules.
• Assign QA Leads and manage project staffing.
• Monitor ASPICE Level 2 and coordinate assessment planning.

• Escalate critical issues and report status to management.
