Job summary

Infolet, a Kraków-based international automotive engineering team, is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the office. You will lead system requirements analysis, specify technical requirements, and coordinate engineering activities across the product lifecycle.

Close collaboration with software and test engineers and direct customer communication are essential. You will ensure compliance with automotive standards and ASPICE processes, create technical documentation, plan activities, support

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in systems engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of electronics and electronic measurement fundamentals.
• Knowledge of ASPICE processes within SYS domain.
• Experience in requirements analysis and technical documentation.
• Methodical and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements, automotive standards, and technical specifications.
• Define system parameters, product functionalities, and technical requirements.
• Estimate technical resources required for project delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Plan and coordinate technical activities to ensure project execution.
• Support vehicle and bench testing.
• Collaborate with software and test engineers through development lifecycle.
• Participate in system reviews, technical discussions, and project meetings.
• Maintain communication with customers on technical topics.
• Ensure engineering activities comply with quality standards, ASPICE processes, and project schedules.
• Support continuous improvement of engineering processes and technical solutions.
