Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of software development experience.
3 years in a technical leadership role.
2 years in people management or team leadership.
Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities

Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization's goals.
Set clear expectations with individuals based on their level and role and provide feedback and coaching.
Develop the mid-term technical goal and roadmap within the scope of your team(s).
Design, guide and vet systems designs within the broader area and write code to solve problems.
Review code developed by other engineers and ensure best practices.
