Job summary

HARMAN Automotive is seeking an embedded software engineer to analyze defects and design new features for in-car software, focusing on AUTOSAR and C-based development.

You will be involved in low-level debugging, configuration and integration of the AUTOSAR stack, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver robust automotive software in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AUTOSAR Classic.
• Experience with C programming language.
• Experience in commercial embedded automotive projects.
• Experience in debugging of low level embedded projects.
• Good language skills - English B2/C1 is a must.

Responsibilities

How You’ll Make An Impact

Scope of work includes analyzing and fixing defects in the software as well as designing and implementing new features of in-car Software.

• Implementation of new features according to technical requirements
• Configuration and integration of AUTOSAR stack and components
• Low level debugging (using an oscilloscope, logic analyzer)

What Makes You A Strong Fit

• Knowledge of AUTOSAR Classic
• Experience with C programming language
• Experience in commercial embedded automotive projects
• Experience in debugging of low level embedded projects
• Communication skills, creativeness, and open-mindedness
• Good language skills - English B2/C1 is a must

Bonus Points if You Have

• Ability to create low level design documentation
• Familiarity with ISO 26262 and ASPICE
• Working understanding of electronic circuits schematics
