Job summary

Aurora Solar is looking for a Software Engineer to join the Sales Mode team in Warsaw, Poland. You will build customer-facing features, contribute to backend services, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver thoughtful, reliable solutions.

This role is ideal for hands-on developers who value clean, maintainable code and want to grow technically in a fast-moving, supportive environment. Hybrid work from Warsaw.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience building production applications with Ruby on Rails
• Solid communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional partners
• Familiarity with React and component-based front-end development
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Ability to work effectively on a distributed team in a hybrid environment
• Proficient in both written and spoken English (please submit your resume in English)

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance functionality for Aurora’s sales design and platform.
• Contribute to backend services and APIs that power finance and sales integrations.
• Write clean, maintainable code for scalable, secure services.
• Collaborate in an agile team to deliver high-quality work in sprint cycles.
• Participate in code reviews and shared problem-solving to improve code quality.
• Take ownership of features and services you build, including on-call rotations.
