Job summary

Aurora Solar is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Install-Ready Design team. You will architect and scale backend systems powering next-gen solar installations, delivering robust, reliable software in a hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland.

You will own features, integrate with partners across the solar ecosystem, and drive greenfield initiatives while maintaining on-call responsibilities. English fluency required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in writing expressive, testable OO code across two+ languages.
• Excellent engineering judgment with CS fundamentals.
• Proven success in team-based development of large-scale systems.
• Excellent collaboration and communication in remote/hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch new features that elevate platform performance and precision.
• Integrate with key partners across the solar ecosystem to streamline workflows.
• Build new functionality for our solar design platform.
• Spearhead development of new greenfield products for solar systems.
• Take operational responsibility for team-owned services, including on-call rotation.
