Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking experienced .NET Developers to design and deliver high-quality software for the banking and capital markets sector. You’ll work with .NET Core, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, and modern frontend tools in an Agile team.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, microservices, and continuous learning in a global environment. You will contribute to full project lifecycles, craft robust documentation, and optimize performance across the stack.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial experience in .NET-based systems.
• Capital Markets domain experience is required.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications for the financial industry across the full software lifecycle.

Your Role

A dynamic project portfolio development characterizes our company. One sector we provide services for is Banking and Capital Markets. Therefore, we are constantly looking for experienced .NET Developers with a passion for creating high-quality software and eager to gather domain knowledge in the area of Investment Banking.

We work with cutting-edge technologies, widely using a microservice approach, distributed application architecture, asynchronous communication, artificial intelligence and cloud-based solutions. We use a variety of tools tailored to the challenges we face daily. Among them, we can find: .NET Core, Docker & Kubernetes, GIT & Bitbucket, Azure & Azure DevOps, JIRA and Jenkins, and SQL & NoSQL. The work is carried out in the spirit of Agile, with a constant focus on the client’s needs.

Your Tasks

• You are committed and able to work in a team, with the willingness to develop and learn.
• You will create applications for the financial industry, actively taking care of its development throughout its entire life cycle, based on microservice architecture created in .NET, SQL, NoSQL, Cloud, RESTful web services, AI technologies and others;
• You will become a member of an international team working based on agile methodologies and professional software development process;
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, functional specifications, and support guides.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks in both application code (C#, .NET) and database queries (SQL, Oracle PL/SQL).
• You will develop in the areas which are of interest to you, including microservices, .NET, Big Data, Cloud, Oracle Database BDD, and TDD.

Your Profile

• You have experience in Capital Markets domain
• You have at least 3 years of commercial experience in creating systems based on .NET;
• You have experience and understanding of frontend technologies - Angular / React;
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries, understanding database schemas, and data manipulation.
• You have an engineering degree or a master's degree in computer science or similar area;
• You speak English fluently;
• You are committed and able to work in a team, with the willingness to develop and learn.
