**Software Engineer 3****Remote - Poland** *Optional office base in Lublin*We’re looking for a Software Engineer 3 to join our engineering team in Poland and help build secure, high-quality software for the Pharmaceutical Trial Master File (TMF) industry.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, shaping engineering standards, and helping a new team establish strong ways of working from the outset.You’ll work on innovative software in a specialist pharmaceutical domain, while championing the effective and responsible use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude in a regulated environment.**What you’ll be doing*** Fixing most bugs and issues across both familiar and unfamiliar codebases.* Architecting and building incremental additions independently, and contributing to larger solutions with guidance from an architect.* Diagnosing and resolving complex coding issues, including race conditions, cross-threading, and intermittent data problems.* Taking accountability for quality delivery, software maintenance, and the performance and scalability of the code you produce.* Championing best practice in AI-augmented development and helping shape how AI-assisted engineering tools are used across the team.* Working with business stakeholders to design solutions that deliver value in the Pharmaceutical TMF space.* Adopting a security-first approach and producing secure, maintainable software. [2]* Supporting third-line investigations and partnering closely with the Lead Software Engineer to help shape the new Poland engineering team. #LI-AT2.**What we’re looking for** * 5+ years of software development experience.* Strong experience with Microsoft .NET / C# and Visual Studio.* Experience with databases such as SQL Server, Azure SQL, or MySQL.* Strong knowledge of SOLID principles, dependency injection, unit testing, and REST web services.* Experience with React, Angular, or other modern UI frameworks.* Exposure to Azure or other cloud PaaS services, containerisation, and distributed scalable solutions.* Experience evaluating and adopting AI-assisted development tools in a security-conscious, regulated engineering environment.* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences. **Why join us** * Remote role based in Poland.* Lublin office available if you’d like to work from there - but it’s not a requirement.* A chance to join a new engineering team and play a key role in shaping how it works.* Opportunity to work in a specialist pharmaceutical technology space with meaningful technical challenges.* Preferred knowledge of GCP and/or TMF is helpful, but not essential.If you’re an experienced software engineer who enjoys building robust solutions, improving engineering practice, and working with modern tools in a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.**Ce qu’Cencora offre** Nous offrons une rémunération globale concurrentielle.
