Cencora is seeking a Software Engineer 3 for a remote role based in Poland (Lublin optional office). You will work on secure, high-quality software for the Pharmaceutical TMF domain, applying AI-assisted development practices and contributing to a new Poland engineering team.

You’ll tackle complex problems, emphasize security, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver value in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with .NET / C# and Visual Studio.
• Experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, or MySQL.
• Solid knowledge of SOLID, DI, unit testing, and REST.
• Experience with React/Angular and modern UI frameworks.

Apply today!# **Job Details****Software Engineer 3****Remote - Poland** *Optional office base in Lublin*We’re looking for a Software Engineer 3 to join our engineering team in Poland and help build secure, high-quality software for the Pharmaceutical Trial Master File (TMF) industry.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, shaping engineering standards, and helping a new team establish strong ways of working from the outset.You’ll work on innovative software in a specialist pharmaceutical domain, while championing the effective and responsible use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude in a regulated environment.**What you’ll be doing*** Fixing most bugs and issues across both familiar and unfamiliar codebases.* Architecting and building incremental additions independently, and contributing to larger solutions with guidance from an architect.* Diagnosing and resolving complex coding issues, including race conditions, cross-threading, and intermittent data problems.* Taking accountability for quality delivery, software maintenance, and the performance and scalability of the code you produce.* Championing best practice in AI-augmented development and helping shape how AI-assisted engineering tools are used across the team.* Working with business stakeholders to design solutions that deliver value in the Pharmaceutical TMF space.* Adopting a security-first approach and producing secure, maintainable software.
