Insight Global is looking for a Software Engineer to help modernize mission-critical software in a highly reliable environment. You will own the full software delivery lifecycle from design through deployment and production support, working in a small cross-functional team.

You will use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while preserving quality, modernize legacy systems and applications, and build secure, maintainable software with strong collaboration across engineering,

Qualificações

• Strong software engineering experience with Python.
• Experience building and operating production systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, testing, observability, and software security.
• Experience modernizing legacy applications or platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Software Engineer | AI-Enabled Product Modernization

We're seeking a Software Engineer to help modernize mission-critical software products used in a highly reliable operational environment. In this role, you'll work within a small cross-functional team, owning the full software delivery lifecycle from solution design through deployment and production support. You'll help modernize existing systems, build new capabilities, and use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining exceptional quality.
