Job summary

Expect hands-on work with Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Maven, and SQL, plus DevOps with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm to automate deployments and ensure robust operations. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Degree in Computer Science (Bachelor's or Master's) or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency with Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Maven, and SQL.
• Experience with unit testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud-native development and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm).
• Fluent English (B2/C1) and good communication in an enterprise setting.

As a Senior Java Developer, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance backend systems. We encourage the use of GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to boost innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Build robust, secure, and scalable applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
• DevOps & Automation: Deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm; use Bash/Shell scripting for automation.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Lead design discussions, mentor developers, and actively participate in Scrum events within distributed teams.

Required Skills

• Backend: Mastery of Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Maven, and SQL.
• Testing & CI/CD: JUnit, AssertJ, Hamcrest, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD pipeline development.
