Job summary

Bayer Digital Hub Warsaw is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy full-stack solutions in a regulated Pharma R&D environment. You will help shape architecture, collaborate with IT and R&D across biology, chemistry, and pharmacology, and use AI tools to accelerate delivery.

The role emphasizes cloud platforms (AWS), containerization, and serverless concepts within a hybrid work model, with competitive benefits and a focus on innovation.

Qualifications

• Excellent university degree in Computer Science (or equivalent natural science degree).
• Experience with backend development and/or frontend frameworks such as React.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), containerization, and serverless architecture.
• Deep understanding of Agile, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Comfortable making technical decisions in ambiguous problem spaces.
• As a plus: experience working with natural scientists and in regulated environments (GxP).
