Job summary

RITS Group ищет аналитика в IT-отдел для анализа бизнес и технических требований, определения пропусков и сотрудничества с командой для обеспечения высокого качества решений. Требуется опыт моделирования процессов (UML, BPMN), знание SQL и уверенное общение с стейкхолдерами. Кандидат должен владеть Angular, Java/Kotlin, Spring/ Hibernate/Boot/Cloud, Git и Maven, а также знание Docker, K8S, Helm и Kafka/RabbitMQ/ElasticSearch.

Преференция англ. языке на уровне B1/B2.

Qualifications

• Опыт не менее 2 лет аналитической работы в IT-команде и моделирование процессов (UML,story mapping).
• Умение документировать требования (BPMN).
• Уверенная коммуникация с заинтересованными сторонами для определения требований и спуска в спецификации для изменений в IT-системах.
• Знание SQL для анализа данных.
• Хорошие знания Angular (>5 лет).
• Хорошие знания Java/Kotlin (>5 лет).
• Знание Spring/Hibernate, Spring Boot и Spring Cloud (>2 лет).
• Знания Git и Maven.
• Преимущество: знание английского на уровне B1/B2.
• Знания Agile и Scrum.
• Знания фреймворков для модульного тестирования.
• Знания функционального и объектно-ориентированного программирования.
• Знания Docker, K8S и Helm.
• Знания Kafka, Rabbit MQ и ElasticSearch.
• Умение масштабировать приложения.
• Знания инструментов диагностики производительности решений.

Responsibilities

• Анализ бизнес-технических требований, выявление пробелов или неопределенностей и предложение улучшений.
• Сотрудничество с участниками проекта — аналитиками, разработчиками и бизнес-представителями — для обеспечения высокого качества решений.
• Проведение интеграционных и регрессионных тестов и использование SQL для проверки данных и корректной работы систем.

• Analyzing business and technical requirements, identifying gaps or ambiguities, and proposing improvements.
• Collaborating with project team members—analysts, developers, and business representatives—to ensure the high quality of delivered solutions.
• Performing integration and regression tests and using SQL to verify data and the correct operation of systems.

Требования

• At least 2 years of experience as an analyst in an IT team and the ability to model processes (e.g., using UML or user story mapping).
• Ability to document requirements (e.g., using BPMN).
• Ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders to elicit requirements and break them down to the level of specifications for changes to IT systems.
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis.
• Good knowledge of Angular (>5 years).
• Good knowledge of Java/Kotlin (>5 years).
• Good knowledge of Spring/Hibernate, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud (>2 years).
• Knowledge of Git and Maven.
• Будет плюсом: Knowledge of English at B1/B2 level (reading documentation, communicating with suppliers).

Условия

Hybrid model: The team meets once a week at the office in Warsaw. Rate up to PLN 150 net/hour on a B2B contract.
