Bangura Solutions in Kraków is seeking a hands-on Developer Experience Engineer to help teams build and deliver software more easily and consistently. You will create practical guidance and tooling that makes the recommended path the easiest path while meeting security, resilience, and control standards in a regulated environment.

You will build templates, improve onboarding at scale, run office hours, write platform documentation, and collaborate with product, engineering, architecture and risk

We’re looking for a hands-on Developer Experience Engineer to help teams across the organisation build and deliver software more easily and consistently. You’ll create practical, reusable guidance and tooling that makes the recommended path the easiest path while meeting the security, resilience, and control standards expected in a regulated environment.

Build and maintain golden-path templates and reusable patterns that speed up onboarding and reduce variation across teams.

Improve self-service onboarding so teams can get started at scale, without relying on one-to-one support.

Run feedback loops through office hours, champions networks, and Teams or email channels. Turn developer pain points into shipped fixes—or work with the right owning team and track them through to resolution.

Write and improve platform documentation. Documentation is part of our launch gate, and features are expected to ship with it.

Partner with product, engineering, architecture, and risk/control colleagues to ensure guidance is accurate, compliant, and practical.

Build and deliver assets such as templates, automation, reference implementations, onboarding materials and developer tooling.

Strong hands-on experience in at least one of Java, Kotlin or Node.js.

A track record of building and delivering engineering solutions—not just recommending them.

A practical understanding of developer experience and how standardisation and automation can make the right path the easiest path.

Confidence writing clear technical documentation, how-tos and examples for a broad audience.

A solid production mindset, including security, resilience, observability and supportability.

Strong collaboration and stakeholder skills, with the ability to work across platform pillars and teams to deliver outcomes.
