One Assessment is seeking a Software Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable code across the full software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Solid knowledge of at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, Go, etc.)
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Familiarity with REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and basic DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
• Good English language skills (spoken and written)
