Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a Software AI Engineer to join a team building a user-driven tool used by Operations to report and resolve data-related issues. The platform handles more than 10 billion transactions and the team is exploring GenAI to automate processes.

You will develop Java-based applications running on Kubernetes, work with large-scale data pipelines, and collaborate with teams in the UK and US to deliver reliable, testable systems and AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and cloud-based technologies.
• Experience with AI / GenAI or ML-based applications and LLMs.
• Experience with large-scale data pipelines and distributed processing.
• Experience with Spark, Snowflake or Databricks.

They are seeking a Software AI Engineer to join a team working on a user-driven tool used by Operations teams to report and resolve data-related issues. The platform handles more than 10 billion transactions, and the team is working on using GenAI to automate some of these processes.

What you will do:

What you will need:

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and cloud-based technologies.
• Experience with AI / GenAI or ML-based applications and LLMs.
• Experience with large-scale data pipelines and distributed processing.
• Experience with Spark, Snowflake or Databricks.
• Experience with an AI framework such as Google ADK, LangChain, LangGraph or similar is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with international teams.

What you will get:

• Pay rate: 21,000 - 24,200 PLN gross/month (FTE) or 185-200 PLN/hour (B2B).
• 12-month contract with potential extension.
