Qualifications

• 5+ years in SOC/ Cybersecurity operations or MSSP.
• 2+ years leading SOC teams or managing cybersecurity operations.
• Experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, threat intel, and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee SOC operations ensuring high-quality security monitoring.
• Lead SOC teams including analysts, responders, and engineers.
• Develop and maintain SOC playbooks and runbooks.
• Coordinate 24/7 operations with internal and external teams.
• Define and report KPIs, SLAs, and incident trends.
