Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to guide secure solution design and implementation across business and IT support areas. The role ensures compliant configurations, reduces risk, and supports projects with secure architecture and controls.

The candidate will work with cross-functional teams, lead security policy implementation, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, with a hybrid Kraków office base and English language requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• 10+ years of cybersecurity, project management, and architecture experience.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Guide design and implementation of secure solutions across business and IT areas.
• Define secure operations, communications, and platform standards.
• Architect and direct implementation of security policies aligned with risk.
• Assess, design, test, and implement new security technologies.
• Act as SME and central point of contact for Cyber Security.
• Prepare security architecture docs, diagrams, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with project managers to remediate gaps as needed.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
