Sabre Kraków is hiring for a Site Reliability Engineer to help design and operate cloud-native infrastructure that underpins our travel platforms. The role emphasizes deployment automation, scalable CI/CD pipelines, and reliable observability in a hybrid Kraków setting.

You will partner with software teams to improve reliability, security, and performance across Kubernetes-based environments, leveraging GCP, Terraform, and GitHub Actions in a hands-on, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and cloud-native architectures.
• Kubernetes deployments using Helm and containerized apps.
• Proficient in Terraform, GitHub Actions and CI/CD automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills with a focus on reliability.

Responsibilities

Join the Site Reliability Engineering team supporting Sabre Mosaic Agency Workspace , the primary access point to Sabre services and third-party solutions for travel agencies worldwide. Our mission is to enable reliable, scalable, and secure delivery of rich content and automation capabilities across Desktop, Web, and Mobile platforms. This role is critical to accelerating engineering productivity through deployment automation, CI/CD excellence, cloud infrastructure management, and observability. What you'll do?

• Design, build, and continuously improve deployment automation and CI/CD platforms that enable fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform using Infrastructure as Code practices and automation-first principles.
• Build and enhance observability capabilities, including monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards, SLI/SLO definitions, and reliability reporting.
• Partner with Software Engineering teams to improve application reliability, scalability, security, and operational readiness across Kubernetes-based environments.
• Drive operational excellence through incident response, root cause analysis, reliability improvements, capacity planning, and proactive automation initiatives.

What you'll bring

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes , Helm , and containerized application deployments.
• Experience with Terraform , GitHub , and GitHub Actions for infrastructure management and CI/CD automation.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills with a passion for automation and operational excellence.
• Nice to have: Programming and scripting experience in Python .
