Responsibilities

• Balance development speed with reliability to meet service-level objectives.
• Respond to incidents, diagnose, and follow up on outages or alerts.
• Perform root-cause analyses and blameless post-mortems to prevent future incidents.
• Propose improvements to infrastructure and product.
• Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of software solutions.
• Provide on-call support according to the rota.
