Job summary

Creotec sp. z o.o. in Katowice is seeking a Site Manager to lead the construction of sanitary and transmission networks for industrial and public projects across Poland.

You will coordinate in-house crews, manage live site operations, and ensure safety, quality, and timely handover. The role involves working on multiple sites nationwide with a hands-on leadership style.

The position is full-time, with project-based assignments and a direct line to contract management on strategic client projects.

Qualifications

• Construction licence to manage works in installation speciality.
• Experience on external network or sanitary installation sites.
• Knowledge of construction law, standards and health and safety rules.
• Category B driving licence and willingness to work on sites in various locations.

About the role

As site manager you will be responsible for delivering network contracts - from taking over the work front through to handover. You will work with Creotec's own construction crews and directly with contract management, on projects for strategic clients.

Requirements

• Construction licence to manage works in the installation speciality (networks, sanitary or gas installations)
• Experience on external network or sanitary installation sites
• Knowledge of construction law, standards and health and safety rules
• Category B driving licence and willingness to work on sites in various locations

Nice to have

• Experience on industrial or power sector projects
• Familiarity with EPC delivery
• Ability to read multi-discipline documentation
