Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Signal Processing & Data Analysis Specialist to guide validation and migration efforts across engineering and clinical teams. You will validate algorithm behavior, quantify output characteristics, and help transfer knowledge between groups.

Ideal candidates have a PhD in a quantitative field, 5+ years of validation experience, and strong Python (SciPy/NumPy/Pandas) skills, with excellent English and Poland residency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience validating algorithms or software with large CSV datasets.
• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics or related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital signal processing and time-series analysis.
• Proficient in Python with SciPy/NumPy/Pandas.
• Fluent English and ability to communicate to non-specialists; Poland residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on signal processing to cross-functional teams.
• Analyze datasets to identify deviations and edge cases with statistical methods.
• Deconstruct existing algorithms and document validation processes.
• Contribute to validation framework design and establish tolerance thresholds.
• Develop and run CSV-based comparison workflows to verify outputs.
• Collaborate with data migration and engineering teams to fix data issues.
