Job summary

A leading technology firm in Poland is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager / Service Owner to oversee the development and operation of their SIEM capabilities leveraging Google SecOps. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a relevant role and a strong grasp of SecOps practices. Responsibilities include managing service deployment, optimizing KPIs, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements. The position requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• In-depth knowledge of SOC workflows and incident management.
• Hands-on experience establishing new services from inception.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of the SIEM service based on Google SecOps.
• Lead the development, deployment, and management of the service.
• Define, track, and optimize service KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
