ZdalnaPraca in Warsaw is seeking a SharePoint Team Lead who will coordinate a team of internal and external admins and developers, bridging business needs with technical delivery.

You will set the direction for SharePoint development, maintain environments (SharePoint 2016, Subscription Edition, and SharePoint Online), migrate sites, monitor farms, and craft user guides and operational procedures. English fluency is required.

Poszukujemy Lidera Zespołu SharePoint, który będzie odpowiadać za koordynację pracy zespołu oraz rozwój środowiska SharePoint. Rola łączy zarządzanie zespołem z praktyczną wiedzą techniczną i współpracą z biznesem przy planowaniu oraz wdrażaniu nowych rozwiązań.

Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie wyznaczać kierunek rozwoju rozwiązań SharePoint, nadzorować pracę wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych administratorów oraz programistów, a także dbać o sprawną realizację zadań zespołu.

Zakres odpowiedzialności:

• kierowanie zespołem SharePoint oraz koordynowanie pracy wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych administratorów i programistów,

• wyznaczanie kierunku rozwoju SharePoint we współpracy z biznesem oraz doradztwo przy realizacji nowych inicjatyw,

• administrowanie środowiskami SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Subscription Edition oraz SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365),

• migracja witryn i aplikacji SharePoint do SharePoint Subscription Edition oraz SharePoint Online,

• monitorowanie i utrzymanie farm serwerów SharePoint,

• dostosowywanie witryn SharePoint z wykorzystaniem wbudowanych funkcjonalności oraz CSS, HTML i JavaScript,

• zaawansowane rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych oraz analiza i obsługa incydentów,

• tworzenie i aktualizacja dokumentacji technicznej, w tym instrukcji operacyjnych i procedur awaryjnych,

• przygotowywanie instrukcji dla użytkowników oraz wsparcie w zakresie korzystania z rozwiązań SharePoint.

EN — SharePoint Team Lead

Location: Warsaw / Remote / Hybrid

We are looking for a SharePoint Team Lead who will be responsible for coordinating the team’s work and supporting the development of the SharePoint environment. The position combines team leadership with hands-on technical expertise and close collaboration with the business on planning and implementing new solutions.

In this role, you will set the direction for SharePoint development, supervise internal and external administrators and developers, and ensure the smooth execution of the team’s tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

• leading the SharePoint Team and coordinating the work of internal and external administrators and developers,

• setting the direction for SharePoint development in cooperation with the business and advising on the implementation of new initiatives,

• administering SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Subscription Edition and SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365),

• migrating SharePoint sites and applications to SharePoint Subscription Edition and SharePoint Online,

• monitoring and maintaining SharePoint Server farms,

• customizing SharePoint sites using built-in capabilities, CSS, HTML and JavaScript,

• performing advanced troubleshooting, investigating incidents and resolving technical issues independently or together with the team,

• creating and maintaining technical documentation, including operational handbooks and emergency procedures,

• preparing user guides and supporting user education.

What we are looking for:

• leadership skills and the ability to lead a team of specialists,

• relevant IT education or professional background,

• solid knowledge of SharePoint platforms, Microsoft 365, MS Office and Microsoft operating systems,

• knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019 and 2025,

• knowledge of SQL Server, SharePoint Workflows and PowerShell,

• knowledge of or previous experience with third-party SharePoint migration tools, such as ShareGate,

• a solution-oriented, structured and systematic approach to work,

• strong communication and collaboration skills across different levels of the organization,

• fluent written and spoken English,

• openness to business travel and occasional work outside standard business hours when required.
