Job summary

ASW sp. z o.o. seeks a dedicated preschool teaching assistant to support classroom instruction and supervise young learners in a safe, nurturing environment.

The successful candidate will collaborate with teachers, prepare learning materials, monitor student progress, and help manage behavior while fostering inclusive, engaging activities aligned with developmental goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Lic. Educación Preescolar or equivalent (required).
• Prior experience working with young children in an educational or care setting (preferred).
• Patience and empathy in interactions with young learners.
