You'll build rich-media ads for one of Germany's busiest interactive ad studios - game ads, swipeable galleries, quizzes, fireplace skins, dealer ads with live store locators. Plain HTML, SCSS and modern JavaScript, animated with GSAP, built from the designer's layouts down to the pixel. Around 50 campaigns land in the queue every month for big consumer, travel and automotive brands, so you'll ship something real in your first weeks and see it live on major news sites soon after.
Compensation 7-10k PLN / month, B2B Location Remote available 10-18 CET, Poznań office optional Contract B2B, UZ or UoP your call Experience 0-2 years commercial or serious side projects Start date November 2026 flexible by ±4 weeks

We hire on craft and judgment. Your school, your background, your accent and the way your CV is laid out are all genuinely irrelevant to us.
You'll join the ad production team of a German interactive marketing agency we've worked with for years. Every ad starts as a Jira ticket from the campaign team: client, format, sizes, deadline, the designer's layouts and a folder of exported assets. You take it from there: build the ad, wire up clickouts and tracking, push it through QA and tag testing, and hand it over for delivery on ad platforms. Tickets are short-lived (days, not months), so you'll see a lot of different formats quickly.
The workflow is AI-first on purpose. Every format (game ad, gallery, quiz, fireplace, dealer banner) has its own boilerplate branch, the repos ship with Claude Code guides and skills, and visual checks run through Playwright. You'll learn to use those tools well, and to tell when the output is wrong. Pixel-perfect is not a slogan here: positions are measured from the designer's layouts, never eyeballed.
Tickets move across a board: Design, Development, Tagging & Setup, AdTag/Tracking Test, then off to the client. Availability 10-18 CET is a must, it's when the team in Germany works.
10:00
Read Slack and Jira, check which tickets moved to Development overnight, read the brief and look through the layouts and assets before writing any code.
11:00
Start straight from the matching format template and build the ad with the framework's built-in modules: layout, assets, animation. Playwright screenshots at every size, compared against the designer's layouts.
14:30
Wire up clickouts and tracking events, push a branch. CI builds a preview link automatically.
17:00
Answer review comments on your PR, fix what QA found on real devices, move the ticket to tag testing.
18:00
Leave a short status on your tickets so the team in Germany knows where things stand tomorrow morning, then log off.
If you're 70% of the must-haves, please apply anyway. We'd rather read 50 maybes than miss the right person.
Close to the metal on purpose: ads have to load fast and run anywhere, so there's no SPA framework in the creative itself. None of it is set in stone, and you'll have a real say in how it evolves.
HTML SCSS JavaScript (ES6+) GSAP Claude Code (must have) Webpack Handlebars / EJS Phaser Playwright GitHub Actions Jira MRAID / VAST
Bold = used on every ticket. Claude Code is a must: it's part of how every ad gets built, so you'll use it daily from week one. Accent = the QA tooling you'll learn early on. The rest you'll touch as tickets need it, and we'll show you how.
