Role requires 10+ years in ServiceNow, strong ITSM/CSM/HRSD/CMDB knowledge, and leadership to guide technical teams. Hybrid work model with emphasis on collaboration and innovation.

• Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to define requirements.
• Design and implement REST APIs, MID Server configs, and integrations.
• Develop server-side scripting with GlideScript and automated workflows.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure delivery quality across the pod.
• Resolve blockers and support complex delivery challenges.
• Oversee automated testing frameworks using ATF.
• Ensure ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB best practices.

Position Overview

As Technical Lead,you'llserve as the primary hands-on architect for AI implementations on the ServiceNow platform.You'llown the technical quality of delivery outputs while guiding and mentoring technical consultants. This role combines deep platformexpertisewith leadership responsibilities, requiring you to run technical discovery sessions with customers, design complex integrations, and act as the escalation point for delivery blockers.You'llwork at the forefront of ServiceNow's AI capabilities, specifically with Agentic AI and MCP solution design, while ensuring best practices across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB implementations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions using Agentic AI and MCP frameworks
• Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to define solution requirements
• Design and implement REST APIs, MID Server configurations, and spoke-based integrations
• Develop server-side scripts usingGlideScriptand build automated workflows
• Conduct peer reviews of technical work and mentor junior consultants
• Own delivery output quality across all technical builds within your pod
• Resolve technical blockers and provide escalation support for complex issues
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks using ATF
• Ensure platform best practices across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB modules

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience
• Extensiveexpertisein ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB implementations
• Proven experience with Agentic AI and MCP solution design
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, MID Server, and spokes-based integrations
• AdvancedproficiencyinGlideScriptand server-side scripting
• Experience with Flow Designer and automated testing using ATF
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Three or more Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification preferred
• Experience running technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide technical team members
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience resolving complex delivery challenges
