Job summary

Mars is seeking a ServiceNow SPM Product Owner to anchor the Portfolio Management work within the Digital Technologies group. You will translate strategic roadmaps into a prioritized backlog, work closely with engineering, and demonstrate value through demos and dashboards for Mars Associates globally.

You will champion SPM adoption, drive business analysis, data storytelling, and governance, ensuring data quality and alignment with Mars AI strategies across regional rollsouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3-5 years in product ownership, BA, or systems implementation; at least 2 years with ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow SPM modules (Demand Management, Resource Management, PPM, Workspaces) beneficial.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban) and writing high-quality user stories.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the team's backlog to drive business value.
• Translate strategy into a detailed product backlog for execution.
• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Represent stakeholder needs in sprint planning and ceremonies.
• Design and maintain ServiceNow SPM dashboards and reports.
• Establish data quality standards and a data dictionary.
• Promote Now GenAI features and align with Mars AI standards.
• Define UAT scenarios and support platform upgrades.
